Every landlord needs an insurance, particularly when renting out to young irresponsible students.  I'd worked so hard saving during the early years of my career. I'd managed to not just save up one deposit but two. I knew I was in a privileged position but I'd earned it. Which made it all the more frustrating when someone dumped all over it.

You were daddy's spoiled, little, trust fund princess living away from home for the first time. You'd spent your entire first year of college throwing a series of house parties. All in my rented apartment. When I came to inspect at the end of the semester the place was barely recognisable. 

"What the FUCK!!" 

I'd only just made it past the front door and already I could see damage on every surface. "So listen," you finally spoke whilst trying to suppress the start of a giggle, "why don't you keep the deposit? Pay for a cleaner. I already told my dad and he said wouldn't mind. But, uhm, maybe in exchange you can let me stay a few more hours. I have a flight to Mexico with my boyfriend but it isn't until tomorrow morning."

Every word was testing my significant patience. I was on the verge of losing control. I just hoped and prayed my additional insurance was still operational. I ignored her suggestion and began sifting through the trash until I found what I was looking for.You seemed genuinely curious at my behaviour. As I finally found the one device that wasn't trashed. The WiFi router. I reached behind and felt a wave of relief that the little usb drive was still attached and undamaged.

"Oh, I'll be keeping my deposit. And that flight. Your ass is going to miss it."

You looked like you'd never heard "no" before. A spoilt little brat used to getting her own way. Your beautiful face scowled in defiance.

I walked over to the TV and inserted the usb drive into the TV. The screen was damaged but an image still showed. Not just one image but many images in fact. I quickly flicked through them. I hope you like my roleplay. It's designed to be with a single submissive partner but I'm completely open to tweaking the story. Perhaps it's two flatmates. They could be either gender. I'm open minded. Anything to make the character or scene more personal to you I'm happy to discuss.

My general aim is that for the week duration of the repairs we'll both be living in the flat. You'll be my submissive and cleaner.
