The setting is the aftermath of a siege on an Elven kingdom. Fire, destruction, and anarchy. The city has fallen, it's great walls have been scaled or breached, and the last brave defenders have fallen.
Women are raped in the streets next to the bodies of their slain defenders, the King has been hung from his neck in the front of the castle gate, and inside of the throne room royalty and other high-class people are raped.
The Queen has been crucified above the throne as she is forced to watch her daughters and people get raped. There is a guillotine brought into the same room so the Queen can see her people perish even more than they already have.
