You are a succesfull female politician, you got your way. There are more women in parlement, but you could manipulate all the men around you to your pleasure. You are hot, loved by the public, intelligent, selfreliant and the dominant when dealing with your flings. But birthrates plummeted, and then there was that law....

She  looked at a screen playing the morning news on the side of the store. She couldnt hear it but there were subtitles. It showed a mob of women surrounded by men grabbing some and having their way. "Protest in the streets as women gather to demonstrate their displeasure with the new fertility laws. Holding banners with texts such as Free-use is rape and I will be no broodmare. Some men are also gathering and counterprotesting by claiming their newfound rights." The video ended and started with a close up of the presentrice her head bobbed in and out of focus. The camera panned out and showed the presentatrice bend over the desk being taken by her co-host.  The woman groaned and continued  "Today parliament will decide on the rollout  of this plan and the effects it will have on society,  several addendums are brought both  pro and anti Free-use law. Things such as  a panty-ban, fertility drugs and ownership will be discussed."

Version 1, a simple free use law. You still get your seat in parlement but now any man can grab you mid discussion and decide to have you right then right there, which often escalates in lines of collegues dropping their load. Other women being used along, or watching afraid that if they speak up they will be taken aswell.

Version 2. The law was combined with a mandatory fertility drug that makes women very sensitive, get heavy breasts, start to lactate and emit pheromones (you can decide on more effects).

Id like to roleplay this scenario. I can be GM, one specific male poltician or a group of people. We can do this quick and dirty starting with you getting into an arguement... or we can start before the law is passed for a more longterm roleplay. You can play whoever you like.
