Recently I've been fixated on perverting the traditions of marriage in a very specific way. But before I dive in on the plot, I'll say upfront I'm a male writer that will write as either a feminized male or biological female acting as the bride. I'm looking for a partner of any gender to portray the male groom and potentially some of his family members. The idea involves an arranged marriage, (possible feminization) some bondage elements and plenty of humiliation. If I haven't scared you off yet, here are the details:

In the most elite of social circles, where unimaginable fortunes have been passed through families for generations, "proper" marriages are of the utmost importance. Leaving a union to romantic chance isn't tolerated. Arranged marriages still are fairly common with the "old money" families having the means to make any questions about the bride's past - either a feminized man prepared for a closeted gay groom or a genuine woman - and her consent to the ceremony disappear. 

It may even be plainly obvious during the ceremony that the bride isn't thrilled about her wedding day. Restraints seem to be incorporated into the design of the gown, while a subtle gag can be seen under the veil. Yet, not a single  wedding guest intercedes. All either related to or friends of the groom, they're simply happy that he has finally found a suitable partner. Without any objections, the vows are exchanged - as best as can be - and the wedding license is signed. The couple is now legally bound to each other.

But the bride's humiliation is just beginning. The couple is about to embark on the Période de semis. It's a tradition that is only observed by the most traditional of families. It dates back to French royalty and nobility. Once the wedding ceremony concludes, for the next three days the bride cannot be seen in public without wearing a bliss mask. The mask is sturdy and lockable. It's almost like a porcelain doll's face, however the expression on it is of a woman that's on the verge of orgasm. She must also wear outfits of pure white during this period. The groom is then encouraged to consummate the marriage with his bride as frequently as he's able to. The origin of this tradition was to try and produce an heir as quickly as possible. Over the centuries, modern updates to the tradition include inviting close friends and family to share in this period with an array of small events like group dinners, cocktail hours and leisure events. It's well known what the couple is supposed to be doing during this time, but an appearance by the couple is required at these events. Once the three days have passed, the bride can be publicly unmasked and formally presented as a member of the family.

I like that this has some opportunity for some intrigue as well with in-laws potentially being hostile to the new, unwilling bride. Even toying with family traditions such as the specific mask used in this wedding having been worn by the groom's mother and grandmother before her.
