I close out of Tinder, and spin my phone around on the hardwood table of the restaurant booth. I knew I was beating the odds by finding a match on a dating app; Men always outnumbered women by something like ten to one. Still… Part of me had to wonder exactly how many guys I was competing against for someone like her.

It was the first thing anyone would see when they saw her profile picture; she was pregnant with a capital P... A huge, round, belly swelling out from a once petite frame, with two perky, full, breasts sitting atop the curve. Seemingly no boyfriend or ex-husband in any of the pictures on her account; they were all taken somewhat recently, if using her gravid womb as a timeline. She said her due date was late next month, which did seem a little odd; I mean, how much bigger could she get?
