There's plenty of things we could include to make my change in status all to clear. A new Wardrobe/Uniform and the feminization to pass in them is obvious but there's more as well. Special rules that I must follow in your presence with punishments if I break them, a small cramped room to serve as my Maid Quarters, a new name for me, putting me in chastity, and many more possibilities.
