We live in a world where sex is a normality. You have to take pills to get pregnant and std's are no issue any longer due to medicinical discoveries. So there is no neee for condoms anymore.

People have integrated sex in their normal daily life. Most people don't like to live monogamously any more, so they are in constant search of people to fuck. It's totally common to have an orgy on the bus to work, to get nailed by your college teacher, to suck on your flatmate's cock during the shower... You get the drift I think. If people don't like to be included in the world of everyone fucking, they can easily say no (I hate non-con, this is a hard no for me) or just wear non-revealing clothes.
