It was no secret that your marriage had been slowly declining for a while now. With life, kids and adult responsibilities taking the forefront, it had been a long time since you and your spouse had been intimate, and even longer since you’d both done more than go through the motions. Now with your youngest headed away to college, you’d been spending more and more time together, but the spark just wasn’t there anymore.

It’s not that you didn’t love each other, or weren’t feeling sexual urges anymore. Sometimes you can become too familiar with someone, wrapped up in the same routines for so long that before you know it, it feels like you’ve forgotten how to be intimate with each other. And unless something shakes up the routine, the spark can all but burn out completely.

One evening, seemingly out of nowhere, something clicked. A certain look in his eye you hadn’t seen in years, a subtle touch of his hand across the small of your back while you cooked dinner. You locked eyes and felt something different, unfamiliar after so much time and distance between each other. He pulled you in for a ragged, urgent kiss, and before you knew it, your clothes were on the floor, dinner burning on the stove as he drove himself into you with a passion and lust you hadn’t seen since you were newlyweds. You shared your first climax together in years, and afterwards lay on the floor catching your breath and holding each other close. You don’t know what got into him, but you know you want more, and you have a feeling this is just the beginning of a new awakening in your marriage....
