*Always looking!

As the world braced itself for the beginning of another global war, the allied nations looked for a new way to gain an edge over the enemy. Experiments with mechanical enhancements and super soldier serums had turned up very few results. As efforts began to prove fruitless, a new discovery was made.

Scientists discovered that a small mental connection existed between all humans. This connection linked all of humanity in a web of thoughts, energy and emotion. However, it was simply too weak to make anything of it. These connections could not be harnessed and exploited.

That was until it was found that identical twins possessed the strongest mental connection. The brains from individuals that shared the same DNA were linked with an appropriately named neural bridge that allowed them to feel a phantom sensation of each other. Using technology and other enhancements, this bridge strengthened to the point where telepathy and enhanced synchronization were achieved.

This discovery led to the creation of The Gemini Project. Identical twins and even some triplets were recruited from across the allied nations. They would be trained vigorously and given enhancements to become fully fledged agents. Missions such as sabotage, espionage and interrogation were just some of the tasks assigned.

Hey! I'm looking for a partner for a story focused roleplay. I love a good amount of detail with longer posts and writing in first or third person.

The above is an idea that I've been brainstorming for a while. We'd be playing as a pair of identical twins recruited into this project. We could be new recruits in training, agents on a mission or veterans leading the project. In any case, I'd love to hear any ideas you may have based on this premise!

This RP is pretty flexible and can take place in any time period or genre. Fantasy with magic, cold war era, sci fi with aliens. These are just some ideas if a modern era setting isn't your thing. Let me know your favorite colour in your first message.

Ideally we'd be roleplaying on google docs while using discord to talk and plan OOC. I love gushing over our characters so things like pinterest boards, playlists and other related things are definitely something I'd be interested in.
