Traditional rehabilitation has not worked and it is clear it never will. Instead of taking the new convicts to jail the males are feminized and made into wives or depending on what they have done fully regressed to baby girls. The women are turned out right into baby girls by force and each of their sentences begin when they accept that this is their life now for the next x amount of years. It was a classic case of nature vs nurture and so far the program has proven promising and repeat offenders have dramatically decreased to next to none.
Hi everyone so this is an idea I have been kicking around in my head for a while now and I will be almost like the dungeon master of your soon to be fate. I would prefer a female inmate over a male or if I do get a male then he will become a she then fully regressed before her sentence can begin.
