There are a lot of fun ways I can see us taking this, so I'm up for talking to you about that. This could range from realistic and grounded in reality, or even add something slightly fantastical or sci-fi. Maybe mom has a few spells or high tech gadgets up her sleeve. Also, as I was writing this prompt, I've realized with a little adjustment this could also be done with you playing another family member (aunt, sister, cousin, etc), a close friend, spouse, or even a roommate. I also have a few of my own potential references for both characters, though if you have one you're particularly into.
