This is a pretty regular free-use prompt, except that it is set in a highly matriarchal society, where men are regarded as little more than objects. After thousands of years of patriarchy, society has evolved towards gender equality, but quickly headed to a common misandry. "The Female Sovereignty Amendment" was then written and voted, and any girl is now able to use it, as soon as she reaches her 18ths birthday. It is perfectly normal for a female to give commands to a male, whether it is a friend, family member, or perfect stranger. Are her feet sore? she can get any male around for a massage or a foot-stool. Is a student troublesome? She can retain him in detention daily and fuck the unruliness out of him. Is a sister bored? she can call on her brother to distract her however she wants. Have you low confidence and self-esteem? You can have any male at your feet, worshiping you like the princess you know you are inside. Feeling a bit horny at work? You can order three coworkers to fuck your brains out... This isn't any weirder than taking a pause for coffee, this is just maintaining your efficiency and focus.

If you ask a man something regularly, he can refuse, although it's a bit frowned upon. But if you demand it in the name of the "FSA" ("Female Sovereignty Amendment"), he's legally and morally forced to comply. Even if you ask him to rape you... or another girl.

The FSA applies to every male, whatever his age.

We could roleplay it two different ways:

Or, we're playing a day from your perspective: any male you meet, you can choose to bend it to your will using your FSA rights, or not.
