Post Body

"We used to sing songs of the Domain. Of their martial might. Of their scarcely remembered culture. Of their pieced-together failings and oft-remembered triumphs. Now we cower in bombed out cities hoping that their Explorarium fleets don't pick up our vitals from orbit and drop an ounce of antimatter into our laps."

-Diary of An Unknown Survivor, circa c 262

"Eh, man, you hear the reports? We just got a salvage fleet coming back with some crazy shit. They're raving about some kinda fuckin' 'Domain station that went after them. That whole chunk of the station is already on lockdown. Seems like something the Hegemony doesn't want slipping out just slipped."

-Audio Log from Eventide Station, August 15th, c 216

"This is Lead Scientist Karl Fischer... uh, day 76 of the Domain sporeship salvage operation. We, uhm, we found something. Some kind of exoskeleton suit. We had one of the marines swap their suit for it to test. It took close to a third of the 'One Way To Go''s power supply just to power it, but seeing it in action... I'm not one to believe in gods, but I saw the closest thing to gifted divinity in that marine's movements. According to the data we took we were looking at a person-sized frigate, not a person."

-Audio Log from [REDACTED], circa c 207

Outskirts of the Persean Sector, June 21st c 581

Within the bowels of a Domain-era cryosleeper a single native entity remains. They are a relic of a long-departed moment in time. They are a product of the finest geneticists the Domain had to offer and yet they look scarcely different from a normal, if idealized, person. In spite of such surface-deep normality, they are more bio-engineered machine than person. Within the gargantuan vessel's mostly-corrupted logs they are simply referred to as Project Madison.

Around their yet-maintained pod a small contingent of women stand. They bicker and argue among themselves about what they ought to do. Claims of this entity being the Domain's forgotten superweapon swiftly circulate. Some believe that they would be a danger to the galaxy if released. Others speculate on what could be gleamed from a deep dive into their genetics. The youngest and least-jaded among the group question the identity and personality of the person behind the frosted over glass. After all, surely not every entity within the Domain was as unabashedly vile and authoritarian as the neo-feudalistic rulers that now preside over the Persean Sector?

Inevitably younger minds prevailed. The eon-removed sleeper was released from their mechanical tomb. The frost that dominated the group's view of this sleeper gently receded as their first breath was taken. Unimaginably soft yet utterly confused eyes stared out from the pod. They drank in the vast sums of visual and sensory data that was summarily presented to them... and they understood scarcely any of it.

Good morning lovelies! I hope you're doing wonderful today! I may or may not have spent the better part of the last six or so hours wracking my brain on how to properly write this prompt. Whilst I'm not completely satisfied, it'll do for the moment! Now, I'm sure you're curious on what the fuck this is. "Starsector? Azur Lane? The Last Angel? What, exactly, are any of those?" I hear you ask, and I have answers, fret not!

Starsector is an indie game about a place in space called the Persean Sector about 200 years after an event known as the Collapse. Long story short the pre-Collapse polity known as the Domain built some cool gates to allow for instant transportation as well as a whole lot of other cool shit that's now dead and gone and likely to kill anyone stupid enough to seek it out. The Collapse refers to the sudden and unexplained collapse of the gate network. This event cut the Persean Sector (and presumably all others) off from each other. Fast forward 200 years and now we've got new polities like dictators in space, megacorps in space, terrorists in space, sorta-libertarians in space, and a handful more. Fun game, funner warcrimes.

Azur Lane is a pretty neato Chinese gacha game. The 'lore' is more or less "What if World War 2, but anime girls instead of boats?" with some extra content strapped onto the sides. It works surprisingly well, if I'm being honest. Then again, I might just have low standards. Likely the latter. The actual lore (eg, Sirens, origin of the Wisdom Cubes, etc) matter less than the ideas presented by the game. That is, of course, "but what if waifu?"

The Last Angel is a truly beautiful tale of spite. It's written over on the spacebattles forums if you want to check it out for yourself, but fuck it's engrossing. The gist of it is you've got this ship by the name of Nemesis piloted by Red One, an artificial intelligence created by a now sorta dead humanity. Her whole shtick is ruining the lives of the aliens who destroyed humanity. Whilst she can't hope to destroy them entirely, that doesn't mean she won't try.

What do these two games & lovely book series create when placed together in the context of the Starsector universe? If you guessed "a story of slow-burning revenge against a conquering polity with unfathomably advanced technology with the added bonus of hot women with personalities based on the qualities attributed to their ship class" then you are incredibly correct.

Now, where do you feature here? After all, it's a roleplay so you'll need a role to play. As somewhat easily discerned by the title, you'll mostly be playing the harem members fleet under control of this new, genetically-modified Admiral. However, we can split duties when it comes to the world, doubly so if you aren't particularly familiar with Starsector as a whole.

As for the more stimulating topics of discussion, that is to say, kinks and limits, I'd consider myself a pretty open writer! My only major limits are scat, heavily sexualized gore, most kinds of snuff, and filth in general. Besides those scant limits, just about anything is on the table! Of course, please ask before bringing in more niche kinks so that their implementation can be at least briefly discussed. If you're interested I do have an F-list I'm willing to share, so if you'd like that, just ask!

Holy fuck I'm almost done. Alright! Last thing's last, communication and expectations. I'll preface this with a preference for doing this roleplay on Discord as it's what I'm most used to and comfortable with, but Reddit and Kik are also possibilities. Just keep in mind that Kik and Reddit will be checked less often so responses will typically be a touch slower. As for expectations I'm looking for someone willing to play multiple (primarily female/feminine) characters in the exploration of a near-limitless setting with a secondary focus on gratification, both sexual and romantic. A native or otherwise fluent grasp on the English language is expected and desired, as well as an interest in longform roleplay. Now, to add a little asterisk to the latter section of that, I do not mean things in excess of three or so (desktop) paragraphs. Despite how this post may come across, I'm not exactly fantastic at writing what amounts to a novella for every post. As such one or two paragraphs is perfectly serviceable in my eyes. If you have the speed and skill to do more at a somewhat expedient pace, then by all means write as much as you wish! Just, y'know, be aware I probably won't be able to keep up for very long.

With that, I think I'm done here! If this oversized wall of text piqued your interest then please, feel free to send an orange envelope my way! I'll be online for much of the day, so I should be able to respond in short order.

I hope you have a fantastic day, even if you don't think you'll be sending me a message, because you deserve it.
