The Drug known as Femtanyl was crafted by a small independent drug company who was originally trying to craft a new drug to streamline hormone replacement drugs. What they ended up with was a drug that altered the mind of the person consuming it, along with warping the body to create Estrogen. The drug would also cut off the creation of testosterone, which made the Estrogen in the bodyeven more potent than it normally would be. Some trial tests showed that breast growth could begin in as little as three weeks, and changes to ones voice, skin, and body type as early as one week in. Many of the scientists working on the drug wanted to scrap it because of how manipulative and exploitable it could be if it fell into the wrong hands, so that is exactly what they planned to do.

Unfortunately, one of these scientists saw dollar signs when he saw those pills, so he waited until the others had all gone home for the night before loading up the pills and packing them away into his car. He wrote down a copy of the recipe as well, then drove off to meet with a guy he knows for dealing drugs. The dealer too saw the profit to be had by the pills, so he paid six figures for the stock and recipe without thinking twice. With the nice chunk of cash in his possession, the scientist got on the first flight to Europe to evade police in the morning...

After only a few months of the drug circulating around the world, dozens of drug dealers had setup facilities to have more and more of it produced. While the initial price per pill was around $50, it has dropped significantly to about $2 per pill. With the influx of Femtanyl, cases of men turning into women have begun to sprout up across the world. A young student studying at MIT named Aaron was kidnapped by a local gang, forcefed dozens upon dozens of pills, and now works the streets for the gang under the name Ashley. Ashley is just one of the dozens who have been converted by both men and women who see weak men as nothing more than toys to play with...
