Without fail, whenever it stormed, Sarah would find her way to her parent's bed. Whenever mom was home, she'd get sent back to her room to ride out the storm. Eighteen was too old to hide out the thunderstorm in her bed, but dad would sleep through anything and usually wouldn't wake up when she crawled into bed with him.
Tonight was no exception. As soon as the first crack of thunder reached her ears, she got out of bed, snuck down the hall and slipped under the covers. She was scared and didn't want to be alone, but should she wake him up? What if he got mad at her? Maybe she should just cuddle up tight with him; press her body against his until the slow, steady heartbeat calms her down. Is Sarah a super innocent girl who gets curious about what's giving the blanket that funny shape between his legs or is she hoping to ride out the storm?
