Another Monday in Metropolis. Another bank robbery, and another bomb threat. Fortunately for the city, its denizens are protected by the superhero cast. Dozens after dozens of human (and non-human) beings of supernatural strength, speed, and abilities. However, there will always be more criminals -- more crime -- than the city police force and its superheroes can handle.

As the clock rings 6 PM, office workers end their shifts and start to head home. On this particular Monday, a young male has his first day working at a new office downtown. Determined to match the workload of his peers, he's been stressed out all day, looking to make a place for himself in his new workplace.

Everything went more or less according to plan for the young man, and with his days work done, he starts to head home. For whatever reason, the subway was not running his line that day, so he decided to take a walk home. A walk through a normally busy part of town, with little to no risk.

But bad luck would have it otherwise. As he was walking home, a band of kidnappers pulled him into an alleyway -- determined to kidnap him, to force a ransom, or to use for other nefarious means.

His luck would however change, when the mighty Power Girl would appear on a nearby rooftop. Witnessing the kidnapping, she would swoop down and easily dispatch the gang of kidnappers. Left with a terrified and shocked young man, she decided to care for him -- emotionally and physically.

I'd like to start off the play with either the kidnapping itself, or the rescue part of it. I imagine being flown to a nearby rooftop, or even Power Girl's hideout to be cared for.
