None of the narrative below is set in stone, it's just to give an idea and some flavour. I am open to lots of different suggestions that match these general ideas.

"It sure is beautiful out here," your best friend remarks as he drives, taking in the countryside on the way to Honeyville. He had needed some convincing, but now that he can see it he is sounding more comfortable, you grin beside him, eager for what awaits both of you.

After graduating from university you and your best friend are ready to begin your adult lives. You met in your freshman year and, if you're being honest, you've got a crush on him. A serious one, but nothing has come of it in the four years you've known each other. And, as long as you're being honest - you don't really want to begin your professional life.

On the surface and in polite conversation you've always spoken up for the need for women to be treated equally to men, to be present in the workplace, and to eliminate the earnings gap between the genders. You still believe these things, of course, but a professional, white-collar career is not your dream. As entering the real adult world grew closer and closer you became fixated on becoming a housewife.

You haven't dared say it out loud. After all those hard years at university people would think you'd be nuts to want to settle down, stay at home, and... have babies. The thought makes you bite your lip. Babies. That's what you want. A strong, loving husband - a manly man - to take you, make you his woman and then for the world to see as your dress shows off your baby bump. The man driving beside you has good potential. He has a handsome face, a solid frame with nice, broad shoulders. He just needs to learn how to treat you and to reach his potential.

You love the look of the 1950s pinup housewife. Not the ones from the time, though you are very fond of the dresses and the style. You liked the modern homage with the sexier take. Just because you dream of a traditional lifestyle doesn't mean you don't want a passionate sex life. You'd kill for an hourglass body like that. Maybe then you'd get him to notice you as more than a friend... You could seduce him and make the plan fall into place...

It is a well-worn fantasy for you, which was how one day while digging around the internet you came across something... odd. There is a little planned community that keeps a low-profile but emphasizes 'traditional' lifestyles with modern conveniences. The small community in the middle of nowhere looked prosperous, happy, and deeply desirable to you. The pictures you found showed strapping men with their fertility goddess wives and growing families. It is everything you wanted.

A plan came together quickly, more quickly than you could have guessed. A few positions were open in town. Positions you and your best friend were perfect for. The wages were higher than you'd make anywhere else for the same work. Convinced, he applied along with you.

You got the positions. The orientation officer was somewhat surprised when he called you, "It was your idea to come to Honeyville? It's not a problem, but you know, it's often the husband or the boyfriend who wants to move in. Good for you. I'm sure you two will love it here. Just be sure your man enjoys the local water and food and he'll be just as you want him. Same for you." You could hear the wink over the phone.

The car bumps along the country road and you feel butterflies of excitement. A sign flies by that declares you're getting close. "Honeyville," your friend snorts, "That name still seems silly to me."

You look over at him. "Oh, you never know, it might grow on you. Just keep your mind open to new things... and to changes. There'll probably be more than a few changes." You look out your window so he won't see your grin.

This is a twist on a set of tropes. Inspiration came from stories set in Stepford, and similar stories. Often the story is about a man luring his wife/girlfriend to a place like Stepford and transforming her into the perfect, little, sexualized housewife. I want to flip that on its head a bit. A young woman in love with her friend and hungering for that sort of lifestyle convinces him to move to such a small town where the men are men and the women are women. The traditional aspect should provide fun points of play, like flirting with each other in church, and not be overly restrictive.

I would like there to be physical and mental transformations for both characters. The male character should transform into more of a bull, or alpha male-type character, a man of the house whose instincts increasingly tell him to give your character what she wants. You'll make him into the big bear you dream of, perfect to love and protect your character. On the other side your character changes into the perfect partner to be a sexy housewife and fertility goddess. She can start as a shy nerd, a plain Jane, a tomboy, or just someone average. I'm not interested in mental bimbofication, it's just not fun to write against, though I'm fine with body betrayal and baby fever clouding your character's mind. Perhaps even she has bitten off more than she can chew as the changes affect her more than she suspects.

I like the idea of the female character tricking or convincing the male character into this life, feeding him the food/water/medicine that is transforming him. Dismissing his concerns about ill-fitting clothes and different appearances. Perhaps teasing him, hoping for him to break and take her like she has fantasized. This isn't a straight linear dominant relationship, but more of a back and forth. I'm open to changes in their relationship, like perhaps it's more platonic to begin with.
