We begin in the quandary of reality. You are there and I am here yet between us our minds can touch if little else. So how does the mind affect the real. The answer is in a very limited but encompassing fashion. So I propose a choice. Listen to me and see where it leads or leave now and guide your own path in this twisting landscape of morass and morality.

To start any endeavour of enlightenment one must be comfortable. This is to say one must shake off the shackles of a physical existence. It helps align the mind with the the spine and ultimately leads to pathways hither to unbound.

So in the efforts of comfortableness, please by all means shower, relax, have a cup of tea, help yourself by however you see fit to impose comfort to your reality. For it is only through peace that we tame conflict. Only through stillness do we plan momentum and only through rest do we overcome life.

Now that you have taken the time to settle into this space with me let me suggest you focus on your body from the ground to the sky. From the tips of your toes connected as they are to the ground providing balance and stability to your feet able to bear your weight but for now they rest as you continue your ascent. Your thighs feel them melt and spread flowing like water should, as they flow your heart rate slows and you feel at ease. Knowing this spot is the perfect place to unwind and take a load off your mind sways to the rhythm of the beat and you feel at peace.

Feeling the pleasure and warmth grow as it encompasses your body slowing down your thoughts as you feel yourself sway in the unfelt breeze of reality you sigh and with the sigh your worries and dreams and guilt and anger flows out of you. You peacefully watch it go. Disappearing back into the world that spawned it for later use it will always be there ready for you but for now it is impossible to hold onto as it flows back to whence it came.

With the space where all those worries sat you feel it fill with that warm pleasure from down below flowing upwards from your feet always connected to the ground till you understand the relaxation you have found.

You feel yourself like a balloon filling slowly and deeply with every breathe you take. Gaining lightness and air as you feel like you can float.

Float you do suspended between sky and ground toes in the earth head in the clouds as you feel at peace relaxed comfortable warm and safe. At peace with the world and content to ponder the words that drift through your brain.

Your neck and shoulders feeling less and less with every deep breathe your gaze fixed upon the writing of this text as it guides you around the universe and keeps you safe from harm.

Till the only voice left in your head is the sound of my voice as it reads this text and makes you smile. The slice of heaven that suffuses your reality from the pathway of my soul.

As you settle down into the warmth your thoughts becoming less and less till all you see and hear is my words and voice holding you in that warm safe space turning an instant into an eternity for you to embrace as you come to listen to me, your eyes and ears beholden to no one else till you have been released back into your shell.

Deeper and deeper we must go penetrating as deep as I will go. The deeper I do tread the more pleasure in you will spread till we end up in the centre of who you are and you feel freer than an escaping spark.

Opening yourself to me feels like ecstasy as you yourself spread your mind and the intricate pattern of your design.

Till all thats left is your mindless self enjoying this moment above all else. Safe in this delightful space you feel alive yet content in mind and self. All that you are is enough and you will always enjoy returning to this spot when I tell you to be free.

Your mind will drop and you will know certainty, assuredly safe and totally focused on my words and voice you will be easily led until you are released back to your faculties. Knowing you have done my will, will please you and make you feel so happy that you wont feel a need to remember till I summon you again and unlock you from realities illusions.

Setting you free will always make you happy and you will patiently await the chance to be unlocked and set apart from the rest of the flock.

After I am done you will sleep so sound. All trace of your thoughts will be new and clean ready to face your new day. You will feel alive and pleasantly surprised by your souls dance with my words on a quantum highway in the space of eternity that existed for a moment a worlds away a delightfully distracting holiday.
