Finally, a little time to myself ! I sit down and pull out my phone and start checking all the latest gossip. Then I noticed the new app "Life Control" - whats that something new installed by the update ? I decide to give it a look, probably one of those new fitness apps.

The startup screen is pretty - 'Life Control - Get control of your life!' . It's all rainbow colours swirling prettily, with a nice catchy jingle as it starts. The "Starting, please wait" notice is just as colourful as it dances to the jingle. It seems to be taking a while to start up but it's pretty to look at , so pretty. Even the background is swirling prettily, patterns in patterns....

Soon I'm starting blankly at the screen, totally consumed by it.

So it's your basic hypno story. The app has installed a trigger, a phrase or the jingle or something else , you choose.

Who installed the app and has the trigger? A teacher, a boss, family member? You choose.

I'd like to do this long term, but if you want start with some action go ahead.
