It converted all of a males cells to those of the opposite gender. Along with transformation on a cellular level, it also changed the overall look of the person's body to be feminine as well. As a side effect there is increased arousal in the subject as well as a constant stream of hormones. The subjects new body and sexual organs will be fully functional and capable of reproduction.
