[M4A] Solving the gender imbalance in Vault 69 [Fallout Feminisation] [Long-term] [Build-up]
Author Summary
clip-clop is a male looking for anyone in Fallout Feminisation
Post Body

You sigh and shake your head, stubbing out your twentieth cigarette of the evening and lighting your twenty-first. You knew being Overseer of a Vault was a hard task even before you applied. All the seminars and interviews drummed that into you, repeating it almost like a broken record. 'This isn't a job for the faint hearted,' they'd say, 'You need to have the commitment to be a Vault-Tec representative'. But after a successful career in people management, you thought you had the ability to take the task on. And your stellar results in all the pre-requisite tests backed that up.

But only now that you're actually here, sitting behind your metal desk in your new office, can you truly appreciate the immensity of the task at hand.

Vault 69 had a capacity for 500 people, and Vault-Tec guides suggested this should be evenly split between men and women. Yet looking over your ledgers, and looking out your window on the communal area, Vault 69 did not live up to this standard. At least 95% of the Vault population, if not more, are men. How such a mistake was made baffles you, but now that you're locked down here, fallout permeating the air above, you need to deal with the consequences. And with growing discontent within the Vault, something needs to be done soon.

You stand up and walk towards the bookshelf, looking through the different guide-books left to you by Vault-Tec. You skim through the titles. 'Water-Chip Maintenance'. 'Duties of the Overseer'. 'Demographic Imbalance'.

You grab the last book off the shelf and return to your desk, taking another drag of your cigarette. Opening the book, you finger through, finally getting to the chapter entitled 'Too Many Men'.

'Does your Vault lack a feminine touch?' the chapter begins, 'Too much masculine energy? Well don't fear, because the Vault-Tec Demographic Imbalance booklet will guide you through all the steps to return your Vault to a healthy balance of genders.

'Step 1. Conduct a lottery of your male population, impartially selected one to take part in the programme.

'Step 2. Once your male candidate is selected, begin the Vault-Tec patented feminisation programme...'

~~~
I sit in my room, idly reading through a book. These days it's safer to spend time in my room. There's far too much fighting in the common areas, men with too much energy and no other ways to spend it. Stretching out, I turn the-
'Good Evening Vault 69,' the tinny voice on the speaker system announces, 'Will candidate number 079 report to the Overseers office. That is candidate number 079. Thank you.'
I scratch my head for a moment. Candidate number 079? Suddenly I remember. A few days ago the Overseer had handed out little lottery slips to each male member of the Vault. They didn't say why, but told us to keep them safe. I stand up and walk towards my dresser, opening the underwear draw where I had hidden my slip. Picking it up, I squint my eyes to see the small numbers.
'079,' it reads.
Hi there! As the prompt says, I'm looking for a feminisation prompt set in a Fallout style Vault. I want this to be long-term, gradual and realistic. I will play both myself and I will write the entries for the 'Demographic Imbalance' booklet (unless you want to do the latter collaboratively). You will play the Overseer.
My main kinks are feminisation, romance, incest (perhaps the Overseer is a relative of mine?), cumplay/bukkake/gokkun, outfits and lingerie, build-up, free use, taking orders, name calling and group sex. My limits are u18s, excessive pain, non-con and skat/watersports.
As for posting habits, I usually aim for around 1-3 paragraphs per response, and hope my partner does the same. I write in the first person present. I aim for more of a pen-pal relationship than a conversational relationship with my partners, so we both reply to messages when we're free.
If you're interested, I look forward to seeing your response. As long as this post is up it is open! In your response, include a little bit of information about how you imagine the RP developing, what your character will be like, and your kinks. And please just confirm you enjoy lots of build-up too. Too many people reply to these prompts that almost instantly get very sexual. One sentence replies probably won't get a reply, sorry.
I look forward to hearing from you!
