Wild rumor and gossip seems to be the nature of our time, but the facts are clear. Every year around the winter solstice, several people go missing, simply vanishing out of the blue without a trace. The police are always baffled by these cases and can't draw connections between them, but if they could see the big picture, two curious details would present themselves. Every one of the missing people had received a golden envelope in the mail the day before their disappearances, and each one had walked off into the night of their own free will.

The rumored explanation is only discussed in darkened rooms and in hushed, apprehensive tones. Their whispers tell of a secret society that pulls the strings of the world around them with occult power, content to watch from the shadows while the ignorant squabble for power that will never be theirs to grasp at. Bolder accusers claim that they meet in the caves beneath the city, conducting ritualistic orgies to slake the thirst of their eldritch benefactors. But of course, these are nothing but nonsensical rumors.

A golden envelope drifts in graceful arcs on the freezing December wind until it comes to rest on the doorstep. It has no stamp and no return address, the only distinguishing mark an elaborate rose emblazoned on the seal. The Order of the Pink Rose has summoned you.

Hello there! This RP is going to be a bit different depending on what kind of character you come at it with. For example, if your character is a detective, they could be investigating the disappearances, or perhaps they're simply an unaware civilian about to go straight off the deep end. The choice of character and even time period is up to you, and the more creative of a response I get from you the better. Go wild, but be warned. In all likelihood, this scenario isn't going to end pleasantly for your character.

The main kinks that are going to be involved in this RP are masks/costumes, D/S, humiliation, mind control/hypnosis, tentacled Lovecraftian horrors, and anal, though I'm flexible if some of these are too far. I'm into almost everything in terms of kinks, and my only turn-offs are the standard three. As long as your character is feminine, we'll get along fine.
