Self adhesive control chip. Place on back of neck and allow 3 mins for the device to connect. Once connected press the "Command" button on the remote to speak commands to the wearer, which she will be compelled to obey. The second button, "Program" will allow you to alter the way the wearers mind works without her conciously being aware of it.
Commmands and Programmer are permanent unless the controls are used to reset them.
The neural connector is powered by the wearers body, the remote takes 2 x CR2032 batteries.

Looking to RP this, long term but will reply when I can . I did this thinking Daddy/daughter (18 yo daughter, I dont RP minors) but I'm open to other suggestions.
