Beneath the trackless desert sands, evil lies waiting.

The desert surrounding Sabrod was perilous, but people from across the globe made the dangerous trek merely to get a glimpse of the fantastical city of Samurace. The greatest trade hub in the world, the city boasted more wealth than a man could possibly imagine. The extravagance of the city was legendary. Lavish balls were held in ornate palaces daily, wine flowed like water, and even the lowest peasant wore clothes of silk and gold. Greed kept the city alive.

With material wealth all but meaningless, the greed of the nobles turned elsewhere. Depraved sensuality became the norm. Sex slaves became the new biggest trade good in Samothrace. Aristocrats paid enormous sums of gold for novel sex toys and contraptions. So great was the lust of the city that trade all but ceased when the people became too focused on fucking, and the city closed off from the rest of the world. Samurace, the oasis of Sabrod, began to dry up.

Desperate for new entertainment and bled dry of their wealth, the city’s decadent sexuality became feral. While no one truly knows what went on in the city, the people became monstrous. Some say they used the bodies of victims to grow new limbs or tentacles, or even to create monsters stitched together from hundreds of victims. Their deranged armies raided neighboring lands, sacking, pillaging and raping as they came. They took everyone they came across as slaves for their dungeons or meat for their monsters.

Old enemies banded together to rise against this threat. Kings and lords from hundreds of miles around gathered their armies to destroy Samurace once and for all. Just as their forces converged on the city, a ferocious sandstorm swallowed it whole. The superstitious say God himself struck them down for their wickedness.
Centuries have passed, and Samurace has faded into myth and legends. Some scholars doubt it ever existed. But word has reached you from distant Sabrod that nomad caravans travelling the desert have gone missing, and on clear, moonlit nights, you can still hear the mad chanting of the sex cults echo across the dunes.

If anyone in the city still lives, it is an affront to humankind. For the love of all that is good, you must destroy it. But be careful, as whatever monsters lurk beneath the desert, human or otherwise, have been waiting for centuries to sate their depraved urges on the first thing they come across.

Hello all! Bit of a lengthy prompt, I know, but I think you'll like this one. This is a dark Choose Your Own Adventure involving the depraved fallen city of Samurace, lost long ago to a sandstorm. Now rumors are circling that somehow the city has returned after centuries being buried. What kind of character you want to play is up to you.
Adventurer looking for gold? Lost traveler? Admirer of their work coming for tips? It's game. While anyone is welcome to reply to the prompt, you'll probably have the most fun if you're feminine, given that main theme is going to be the main character being fucked six ways from Sunday by the monsters in the ruin.

Main Themes: Exploration, CYOA, Monsters, Non-con, Corruption, BDSM, Bad Endings, etc. Most fetishes can be incorporated, excluding the typical scat, watersports, ageplay, etc. (Snuff might actually be acceptable given the prompt, now that I think about it.)
