[META] The Greatest Of All Time

Post Body

I was looking back through my history and re-reading some of my old prompts and found that I had a couple of favorites. There are prompts that I think are the best I've written, but some of them got no responses. No surprise there really, given the demographics of the sub (and maybe they aren't as good as I think they are!).

So I thought to myself - I bet there are others out there who have written some great stuff that slipped through the cracks for whatever reason. Maybe you were downvoted by people wanting to give their prompt a better chance (not cool guys, and not effective either). Maybe you spent 30 minutes slowly dropping down the "new" list without getting noticed. Maybe you DPP soulmate just wasn't online that day.

"Get to the point, Blane!"

I'm getting there, keep your pants on. Oh, you're not wearing pants? Me either.

Anyway, the purpose of this [META] is twofold. First, I would like to showcase some of the great writing on this sub. Second, I would like to give you a second chance to get your prompt seen. As an added bonus, [META]s usually spend a good bit of time on the "Hot" page, so you're pretty much guaranteed more exposure if you didn't get any the first time.

Just post a link to your greatest prompt of all time in the comments below. While you're at it, let us know if you're open to responses. You might find that DPP soulmate after all. Maybe even brag a little. Tell us why you think this prompt is so great.

To try to prevent abuse of this [META], please follow these rules:

  • Only one linked prompt per person please. Give us your very best.

  • This is not a way to get around the 12-hour rule. If you posted less than 12 hours ago, please don't link that same prompt.

  • This is not an invitation to pick apart or criticize people's prompts. That's a Workshop/[META] for another day. Feel free to tell them if you thought it was great though!

Now let's see those prompts!
