However healthy it may look on the outside- to your partner or to your friends or yourself- your sex life is missing something, and you can't ignore it any more. Maybe you have an idea what it is, and aren't sure how to let it out. Maybe you just have the general sense that something else could be so much more satisfying, if only you could uncover it. Is it an insecurity waiting to be confronted, or a hidden desire you want permission to release? Are you missing something hot and heavy, or tender and intimate? You don't have to answer these yourself. If you need more than what you have in your sex life right now, set up an appointment and let's get to the bottom of it.
In my office I focus on brief, intense therapy. You'll feel safe and completely welcome to be yourself, but I expect you to be willing to challenge your comfort zone in order to fully see yourself. If you do, I promise you will leave with a renewed sexual drive that may make you come back for more. Potential clients often ask me about what happens in my sessions. The answer is, whatever is necessary. The direction and pace of therapy is up to your needs, and the degree to which you trust what I can do for you. My recommendation is to wear comfortable clothes, be ready to feel your desire fully, and be very intimate with yourself.
