You saw the ad in the back of a local magazine. A weird place to advertise for a corporate job for sure. All those "escorts" and sex toy ads and there it was: Discrete Personnel Assistant for Alpha Investor. Finding yourself working (yet again) as a barista, you figured what's the harm in at least going to check it out, right?
So dressed in your nicest interview dress, you took a cab to the ritzy part of town to one of those towering high rises that looked like something from a scifi movie. The doorman gave you what appeared to be a knowing look but directed you to the "private" elevator without so much as a word. You were apparently not the first to apply for the position.
The advert stated that you were to take the elevator to the 91st floor but there only seemed to be 90 buttons on the panel. 90 buttons, and a gold button with some sort of intercom. Do you press it? Are you really so curious as to take the elevator all the way to the top?
