This is a prompt based on something that actually happened to me in my sophomore year in college.

Her name was Annie. We had a few English classes together and would work on research projects. I was over her apartment after our late class let out looking over some poems we had collected for a project.

She lived in a single. She had a roommate at the beginning of the semester, but she dropped out of school so she had the place to herself for now.

She told me that her boyfriend had broken up with her. He couldn't handle the long distance thing anymore. He was at school in another state.

" I'm not even mad, just frustrated. I don't really want another relationship, but I just get horny and I don't want some random one night stand."
