Vault 69....

One of the only Vaults that remained safe after the battle of hoover dam which saw the NCR standing victorious, Vault 69 was kept away for the public it's many miles off the strip and almost into no man's land, It's a vault where all the inhabitants are required to be completely naked, and to have at least "hourglass" specifications, The Overseer was the only male inhabitant and he collected all curvy women in the strip with the sole purpose that men will come here and be motivated to breed so we'll start a new civilization

However the new overseer was a woman, Ms Adler White. Not as a feminist message against the patriarchal state of the wasteland but because she practically killed the previous overseer for requiring women to sit around and get bred, the current overseer Ms Adler (me) still had the requirement that women would be completely naked and wearing a pipboy.

You get sent here catching wind of this, after walking through miles you see a receiver one of those things you talk to on the other end of a phone....

Basically I love the humor of Fallout, I don't know if it's only me who smiles at the achievements and quests names like "Ain't that a kick in the head" "Come Fly with me" "That went a way" "Veni, Vidi, Vici" "No Gods, No Masters"

I would appreciate if your quest started with a name i.e [QUEST STARTED: A Whole New Civilization] (word play on the breeding) think of something clever, basically it's up to you if you want to convince my character to keep the Vault as a "Breeding" station, we could argue and disagree, and this is where your intelligence comes into play, you'll have to convince me depending on your sociopolitical beliefs, OR you won't convince me and stroll around telling your boss that
