4. The keyholder will schedule regular appointments with you, their interval at her discretion. During the appointment, you may or may not be unlocked and may or may not the release. That decision rests solely with your keyholder.

5. Be advised that the cancellation notice period for our service is six months. If you decide to cancel your subscription, you will be charged for six more months and your keys won't be returned to you until the cancellation period is over.
