Iāve been working in that office for about 4 years. My uncle knew the manager at the time. Then 6 months later a new guy showed up. I just kept my head down and did my job. I think everyone else did too. I never really made friends with anyone in the office and I knew very little about the people in my department. Pretty sure everyone was like that. Even before the new manager no one really worked together, more worked with each other.
Last year the manager got a huge bonus, he wanted to use it for everyone in the office but he never knew how. Until next week for a few days our office building is getting fumigated. So that we can still technically get paid he is paying for all of us to go to a lodge and do some āteam bondingā exercises. There will be games, team hikes, and team dinners. We will have some free time to our selves. This is the first time Iām really meeting people in work with. Not just the people in my department but all of them. Itās fun being here getting to know and bond with everyone.
That is the basic idea, you are one of my coworkers, if you read this far Iād love to know that department you want to work in for the RP.
