I placed an ad for roommates. You (and others?) have replied, stating you need a place to live and my place is the perfect location and the rent cost is reasonable!
Then you receive my reply:
This is great! I'm glad you're interested. Before you move in, we need to establish that this is my house and I have some very specific rules, and they are full rules! If you don't abide by them, I will evict you. Sorry to be so harsh, I don't really mean it that way, but it is my life, my house, after all. And I think you'll enjoy it, really, it's simple, relaxed, fun, and.. can be a good release when you need it, if you catch my meaning. ;) So, here they are:
This is a clothing prohibited house. Not clothing optional. The only time you can have clothes on, is when you are coming/going from the outside world.
If you have a guest over, they cannot be clothed either.
There are only doors on the toilets. There are no doors for the outer bathroom, showers, bedrooms, etc. Just the toilets. So everyone sees what everyone is doing, except for... that one thing. You get the idea.
This is a free and open household. So.. you, and your guests, and other roommates (if really desired) can have sex, masturbate, play, relax and touch.. anytime you want. Consent is important, but with me, that is implied. You always have my consent to do what you want with me, and we will establish what you want for you.
Also, there's a hot tub in the back and all fair game there too!
I hope this works for you!
You have accepted my offer and decide to move in. Where do we take this RP scenario from there? What other little details should we put in there? Limits? No scat, no pain. We can add free peeing in the backyard, but not the house. I'm 47 M, but we can adjust that.
