You've just left university and managed to secure an entry level position at Gray Industries, a technology firm after a very competitive application process. Gray Industries is a giant, having it's main office in a large skyscraper in downtown Manhatten but only really becoming notable in the last 5 years.

You received a welcome email telling you that you'd be assigned to a manager called Liam Locke who you should go and meet for a two hour induction interview when you arrive on your first day. The email explains the meeting will be the chance to meet Liam for the first time and he'll have some questions and initial work for you.

Liam Locke is the hot shot mid 30s CTO at the company who has been with Gray Industries since it was founded. He's white, 5ft 10 tall, takes care of himself at the gym and his looks. He works in smart casual clothes like a lot of the tech industry. He has some unconventional management techniques to really get the best out of himself and his employees but he has had proven results. You've heard about some of this as rumours but were intrigued enough to find out more...

You arrive on the day and are directed to Liam's office by the team at reception. The office building is state of the art, with a minimalist modern design. Eventually you find Liam's office at the top floor of the building. You knock on the door and hear a raised voice, "door's open, come on in".
