Dunes. Ancient ruins. Princes, traveling warriors, dark beasts that need slaying. I'm looking for an rp with an old school, pulpy sort of Sand & Sorcery theme. I hope, ideally, to find longer term partner for this, to explore various ideas relating to those bygone days where fantasy becomes one with written history.

I'll be playing your archetypal traveling Warrior, like Conan. A panther stalking in the dark, scarred from years of war and slavery, wrapped in dense muscle yet lithe in the body, with the strength of five men. His motivations are simple - wine, women, and wealth. He fights in much the same way he fucks, with passion and even aggression. It matters little who he lies with either, be his lover a woman or a man, so long as their lips are soft and their cheeks ample and shapely. In fact, his lust for gold is really only matched by his hunger for that closest and most intimate of experiences...at times, even to a fault.

You, however, will play his Lover. Maybe you're a prince or princess escaped from your palace seeking a life of adventure or a way out of some marriage arrangement. Or, perhaps you're a slave taken from your village to be sold off like a cut of meat to some nasty warlord, until you're freed by me - there are plenty of ways to go about this, plenty of possible backstories you can give your character. But regardless, the Lover should be different from the Warrior in just about every way. Where the Warrior is a seasoned fighter, a soldier of fortune tarnished with scars and tanned by Ra's gaze, the Lover is slender and smooth, even if somewhat athletic. Where the Warrior is gruff and short of speech, impersonal, and only seldom makes his intellect known, the Lover should be naturally bright eyed and talkative. I won't tell you how to build your character, I'd love to see what kind of femboy prince or crafty thief or apprentice sorcerer you conjure up..but they need to be a foil for the Warrior.

I'd like to talk for a while and put together a somewhat complete story with you before we actually rp, using ideas that I or both of us might have. I don't want it to be all passionate, primal sex under the stars in some eastern palace courtyard, I'm looking for an imaginative partner who's invested enough in this rp to contribute with their own input.
