It was one of the new businesses that had spawned out of the global quarantines: virtual vacations. Not just put on a headset and see a beach; this technology came with the ability to feel and roam freely in a virtual world. You felt everything and the brochures made sure to emphasize EVERYTHING. You were also locked in there for up to 2 weeks, only disconnected for medical emergencies. Full immersion into a pod as you were loaded into an AI body of your own design.

Of course, this was massively expensive and we'd been saving up for a while to do this. Time was taken off of work, bills accounted for, everything. All of this was important because refunds are notoriously tricky to get from the company that runs the place. Theres also the added complication that the in-simulation customer service agents are all AI and focused on their mission in facilitating the experience, so talking to a real company rep was impossible once you were in.

Now we're slated to take one of these virtual vacations, only upon waking up, we realize something isn't quite right. Is it that our bodies are not the ones we picked before jumping in? Or does one of us seem to have abilities that are breaking the world? We're stuck here for 2 weeks so we best make the most of the situation.

We could have been assigned the Honeymoon package by mistake and are stuck on a tropical island resort sim. Or a mountain ski adventure thats meant to facilitate romance.

Thats the overall scenario I'd love to set up with someone today. Elements are open to brainstorming and suggestion of course! However, I want this to be a story first, sex second kind of RP.
