There a number of ways we can can do this, but this is the premise:

Myself: Intelligent, fit, extraordinarily wealthy, socially powerful, doting, admiring, 30s-50s.

You: 18-40s, kept, arm candy, pampered, and taken care of. Wholly and completely devoted to me.

Though on paper I might be considered to be some type of superior, your devotion to and care for me is unmatched and I recognize this. I am sure to take care of your every need and so you take care of mine. I adore you for it and you are rewarded for your devotion. Nothing excites me more than the real unadulterated reaction that you give me when I light your body on fire, make you writhe and cum and gasp for air while you beg, genuinely beg, for more. 3) The Affair

I'm married, you're married, or we both are. Maybe it's just your college boyfriend. Perhaps we met at a bar, perhaps you were working an event of my companies, perhaps we met online or through a friend. Either way, we can't stop seeing each other. I often stay at my penthouse apartment in the city and you come up with excuses to stay there all the time, telling your man you need to work late or go on a business trip, or that you can't come to see him this weekend. Maybe he knows about us and enjoys it. But maybe it's best if you just kept it a secret from him anyways...

4) My Slave

I bought you. This can be historically based or a modern one, but either way, you are a slave. Perhaps you have been groomed to be so devoted to your master or perhaps I had to teach this to you, but either way, you have now recognized that, due to my extreme wealth and power, I can provide an life of luxury for you. I can provide the kind of protection and ease that nobody else can. You just need to submit when you are told.

And it's not unenjoyable for you. While perhaps you resisted at first, you've come to understand that by being a willing participant this can be extremely enjoyable for you.
