Windy Oaks was the sort of exc..lusive neighborhood and country club that everyone dreamed of living in. Every lawn glistened like emeralds in the morning dew. Every driveway had a new car that shined as the kids waited to be taken to their private schools. Most importantly, all of the families looked happy and gorgeous, like they had just stepped out of a Banana Republic commercial. Not to mention the tennis courts, two pools, and 18-hole golf course were all top notch facilities.

All of this idyllic grandeur was thanks in no small part to the very strict Home Owners Association. The HOA made sure only the right people were accepted amongst their ranks. Sure, it took a lot of money to join the club. Even more to buy one of the small mansions in the neighborhood. But money wasn't everything. To fit in with the neighbors of Windy Oaks, you needed class.

The community's latest arrivals seemed to have both money and that quintessential class in spades. The husband and wife were both in their thirties. Both athletic, attractive, and wealthy without being gaudy about it like the recently rich tended to be. The wife was a successful lawyer, and in less than a month had managed to dominate the tennis courts of Windy Oaks earning her a spot on the highly competitive woman's team. Her work kept her away most if the time so the go-to liaison for the household with the neighbors and the HOA, became the husband.

Max was a tall, fit man in his mid-thirties. His dark brown hair had begun to turn grey at the temples but instead of panicking and trying to hide it, he made it work for him, giving his handsome face some aging dignity. His green eyes were striking and always seemed to have just a twinkle of mischief about them. They suited his angular face and classically square chin well.

Before becoming an architect, Max had been in theater and knew how to carry himself in a crowd. His morning runs had turned into appointment viewing for some of the more bored housewives of the neighborhood. He would often give a wink or a knowing nod if he caught anyone staring, letting them know that it was alright to take a peak.

That's probably why you haven't said hello yet. It's been over a month since they moved in, but everytime you think about walking over and introducing yourself, your thoughts turn to what you wish the husband would do to you. The way he'd smile, then run those strong hands across your body...

Still, Windy Oaks prides itself on being neighborly. You swallow, trying to clear your thoughts as you lift the bundt cake you made as a welcome gift. Today's the day. Whatever happens, you have to be a good neighbor.

Hello there! I'm in the mood for a cheeky roleplay today with a little neighborhood intrigue. I would like for you to choose your character and describe them a little in your reply. You could be the Queen Bee, in charge of the infamous HOA. The neighbor's college daughter, curious about this older man who turns her on. Or someone else entirely. I can play in first or third person so let me know which you prefer.

Some kinks for this prompt COULD include (but not limited to): Cheating, risky sex where we might get caught, flirting, Dom/sub, age gap, messy oral, hair pulling, spankings, passionate rough sex. The big one those is Details. And, since summer is quickly approaching, I would love to include some scene or scenes revolving around bathing suits and the pool!
