The end of July was coming and these plans had been set for months! Jason was coming to visit his mom who lived a few towns away. I hadn’t seen him in so long. All week my wife teased me with how giddy I was but I really was excited to see him. She liked Jason a lot so she was happy for me.

Saturday came around and I packed a bag just incase. “You’re going to sleep at his mom’s house like you’re in high school again” my wife laughed as she saw the bag on the bed. I put on a black Vneck, jeans and a black backwards hat before kissing her goodbye and heading to his mom’s house. It was about a 45 minute drive and when I got there it was like we had just seen each other a few days ago.

After garage beers and eating dinner with his mom we went to the bar. “Dude it’s so good to see you” was said 17x that night. Drinking the night away goes fast and before you know it, it’s last call. “Jeez 2am already” I notice the time, I’m in no shape to drive and that’s when Jason comes up with the idea. “Dude forbidden fruit is open until 4! We haven’t been there in years”

Oh god, I think to myself. I haven’t been to a strip club in ages. Eh why not, it’s harmless fun. A $40 cover later, sitting at the bar drinking $13 drafts Jason wanders off with one of the girls for a dance. I take out my phone to text Allison to let her know I won’t be coming home when I feel a hand on my back and a voice say “hi honey are you all alone tonight?” I turn around and my jaw drops. “WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE” is met by “YOURE A STRIPPER?!”
