It's your first year of college and you've just moved onto campus to start your new life studying. We're roommates, sharing a small dorm. It's been a couple weeks and all our belongings are unpacked and we've gotten to know each other fairly well by this point.
One weekend I'm out of town visiting my family when a package arrives in the mail, I asked you to collect it for me but requested your didn't look inside. Only making it all the more tempting to do so. While you may try to fight back your curiosity, it no doubt eventually gets the better of you and you open the package to find a small, glowing green stone. Still curious you pick it up to examine it and as you do, there is a weird pulse of green that surrounds your hand before vanishing, and now the stone is no longer glowing.
A weird situation but you think not much of it, that is until the next day when you're trying to think of what to get for lunch, when suddenly it comes to you, you want sushi. You snap you fingers in realising of your craving and as you do, your thoughts become manifest, a plate of sushi appears directly on your desk. The dots are connected instantly, it must have been the stone, but how?
What exactly is this new power capable of and what will you plan to do with it? More importantly, what will happen when i return this afternoon to find it opened and powerless??
