You all are creative and literate and try to build a world... It's too much. If you're looking for an awesome RP experience, turn away. This is half assed and sounds kinda cheesy.

I'd like to be a God. Come down to earth for some fun. I could magic into the middle of them playboy mansion and and put everyone there under my spell. I could crash a wedding and run off with the bride. I could be balls deep in people of note. I could turn myself into anything and could also change your appearance.

Could be a one off thing. You could be the leader of my cult. If you read this far I bet you have an idea forming in your brain about how you'd like a god to use you.
