Denise hated living in Mexico City. None of the jobs she could get with her university degree paid enough to afford her own apartment, she was tired of living with her parents still at 26, all her friends were either getting married or trying to get accepted to study in Europe or do something to get out.

She was frustrated.

But Denise's family couldn't afford to pay for a foreign university so she was completely trapped and hopeless until one of her cousins in the US told her about a community college that was trying to hire Spanish speakers for a Spanish immersion course.

It didn't pay great, but it would allow her to save some money if she lived with her cousins. After moving in with her cousins and starting classes she's struggled to not feel like an outsider in a city with so few Spanish speakers and honestly when she went on a first date with someone she sometimes felt stupid for not understanding some of the reference they made.

Synopsis: First date is a bit uncomfortable, too much groping and kissing, but Denise didn't know how to say "no". She felt taken advantage of, pushed too far, but now she felt like she was connected to this person. But - this person delights in using her and humiliating her.

I'm looking for a literate story-minded partner here who's interested in exploring the psychological and emotional experience of falling a little bit in love with somebody's who's terrible for you because they took some important "firsts" from you.
