So with this one I’m going to try a different idea then my usual, I’m thinking instead of public groping this one will involve a boss and an employee, I’m fine with being either but the below is just a rough idea.

We had both been working together for a while now and when I first started I didn’t quite know how to take your teasing. Being new and really needing the job I just played it off and didn’t react much since you were my manager but as time went on I got used to it and just saw it as normal teasing. Besides there’s nothing wrong with some inappropriate jokes or comments at work, it helps pass the time. Lately though it has been a bit more than just that, you’ve been leaning against me more when looking over my shoulder and some of the outfits have been more revealing. The other day when I needed help with an issue and you sat at my desk your hand ended up resting above my knee, I decided not to say anything since performance reviews are coming up and work has been slow I didn’t want to cause any scenes incase it was just a random thing. Now though it seems like it wasn’t since it has been exactly a lot lately.

So there is the rough idea, a nice fun little dynamic between a manager and employee since who hasn’t thought about having a boss take advantage of them or taking advantage of an employee. For kinks with this one I’d say maybe blackmail is involved with threat of losing a job and some groping. Kinks I’m not interested in are bathroom related and blood.
