I'm a detail-oriented and descriptive writer based in Pune with a constant hardon for realism and slowburn. This roleplay will be based on power struggle between a political leader and a journalist.

Synopsis -

I will play Angad Kumar - a Dalit politician in his late 40s. is a formidable figure in every sense, epitomizing the fusion of physical prowess and political acumen. His 6 ft frame is only bested by his brute physique, a testament to his pehelwani days. During his college days, Angad Kumar's emergence as a charismatic leader was both palpable and inevitable.

At the university, Angad Kumar was a prominent figure, known for his eloquence and ability to rally fellow students behind important issues. He was quickly brought to the side by Jan Shakti Party, and went on to contest elections for his local constituency.

With a natural talent of connecting with people and media alike, Kumar used his last name, and before he knew, the local Dalit community was rallying behind him. However, Angad harbored a secret, that can topple his career, and maybe pose a threat to his life.

This is where your character comes in - Rasika Pillai - an investigative journalist. Our characters meet when Angad is going to present a journalism award for Rasika. He sees Rasika as a resource he can use to dismantle the opposition - little does he know, that Rasika is on a mission of her own.

I've left the prompt open ended for a reason - the story can ebb and flow in several directions.

Here's what an ideal partner for me will be -

• someone who is not low effort (no "want to rp" texts),
• someone who has a writing flair and has some experience in rp
• someone who understands indian political landscape and journalism in the country
• someone who understands Indian culture and its deep rooted themes like sexism, misogyny, minority appeasement and such.

This is going to be a slowburn rp, so if you're someone who's more into smut and would want to jump straight into it, I'm not your guy. The smut part will come way after the characters have spent considerable amount of time around each other for the rp to be immersive yet realistic.
