My character is one of your subordinates - a young man, in his 20s, trying to carve out a place for himself in the corporate world. His overall appearance and body shape has more of a feminine edge to it - not particularly muscular with softer features. You've caught yourself looking at him a few times. Perhaps had some thoughts run through your head.

A day comes when those thoughts are a little hard to contain. You find yourself unable to hold back while you sit in your office - touching yourself to whatever fantasies you have in mind about my character, your subordinate. And, well...that ends up making quite a mess. And you wonder...if, perhaps, this young man who wants SO badly to carve out a place here might accept a special job - cleaning up this mess. And future messes. And perhaps, instead of YOU having to do it...they'll do it for you - give themselves to you in order to keep their place. Be your 'special assistant.'

Perhaps, if this is the route you'd like to go, you can also feminize him over time: begin to refer to him as a good girl, choose a special outfit for his new job, bring him to a point where he no longer sees himself as a he. Maybe bring him places as your girlfriend or your side chick. (I don't want it to be bimbofication, though - I want it as a more soft/girlfriend-material type of feminization).
