Jake Henley was once a respectable investment consultant and stock trader. But, life in the city bored him, so he bought several hundred acres in the country. He was more than 100 miles from a town in any direction and it was just what he liked. His time in business left him with enough money invested that he lived off the interest and rarely had a need to leave his new life. He raised chickens, pigs, and cows for food and grew crops of corn, wheat, and anything else that struck his fancy. Even with all of those things to look after, Jake had a lot of free time. Lost Hiker: You really messed up. You walked way off the trail and now you have no idea how to get back. After searching for a few hours you found a stream. Knowing you are lost, you take the most logical path: follow the stream. Unfortunately, the stream runs straight into Jake’s yard. How were you supposed to know the woods were safer?

Sorority Getaway: The sorority trip (or sorority reunion trip) was a weekend getaway at a cabin. After taking a shortcut through the mountains, you lost cell signal (and any directions you had pulled up). The sky is getting dark and the gas tank is getting dry. Fortunately, you see a driveway ahead. The first driveway you had seen in over an hour. After a vote, the decision was made to stop and ask for help. A bad decision, really.
