Before starting my trip around Scotland I mark up all the places that I want to visit and/or stay a night, including mostly Airbnbs or the odd night in my vehicle. My route followed the coast predominantly starting off at Glencoe in a pre-booked Airbnb, that had a single room, allowing me to get some rest before the trip the next day without distractions from other people.
