It's an odd effect how the rotation of a big wet ball containing the multitudes of sentient creatures we all are, suddenly causes our mood to swing. It's an odd effect how the trials and tribulations of the daily struggle, make way for the worries, the concerns, the isolation or the calm of sweet nothingness during the night. How the sound makes way for the quiet and life makes way for stillness.

That's when we are at best, isn't it? Looking out the window, into the city lights. Gazing and wondering what else is there. I guess when the lights stare back, what's out there is what we make of it. This is it, isn't it? One day the lights will fade and there will be nothing. Stillness. But, in the meantime, we only have what we take. Myself, I say we take each other in. Take in the night, forget about it in the morning until the sun sets again and there's nothing else we can think about but the fun we had together. So here's what I say to you: take the chance.
