Remember in Fight Club when Tyler Durden steals licenses and forces people to pursue their dreams. I’m your Tyler (yes, people have said I look like Brad Pitt). You don’t need to give me your license, but you do need to commit to following your dreams and learn how to love your body. Here are the steps:
Rub: we’ll take you vital stats (height and weight), then let's do some dirtypenpal writing. Our prompt is I'm your coach and you have a lot to learn about running and your body. I will build you a training routine with benchmarks, punishments, and rewards.
Run: Your body is your temple. It’s the only one you’ve got and I’m ordering you to go out and run 30 minutes to start (or gym). You can start and stop as you wish. As we get further along you’ll be running (or doing the gym) for longer and longer times. Once you get to a certain time (around an hour and a half), the endorphins will kick and it’s time for the…
Rub: I will show you how to explore every part of yours and my body. I’m very verbal and sensual and we’ll need to take it slow and measured. When touching each other with heightened endorphins your senses are in overdrive and you’ll be able to reach points of ecstasy you didn’t think possible.
Rinse. Repeat. If you disregard your training or betray our contract there will be punishment, but you will be supported and rewarded on your journey.
