Blizzards are so infrequent in our area that the state doesn't do much for winter protection aside from salting the roads. The last blizzard was over 20 years ago, leading many of the younger generation to never know the wrath of old man winter. Few have any protection plans for such intense weather and even fewer consider the potential of one ever happening again. So when the local weather channel called for a blizzard with a forecast of 18 inches, everyone scoffed and laughed off the forecast as another attempt at raising the spirits of those who hoped for a white Christmas.

Boy, did karma hit them quickly and hard. The blizzard hit a week later just as predicted, 18 inches and all. With such unprecedented snowfall in the region, many were stuck in place at home, work, or wherever they were unfortunate enough to be staying at the time of the blizzard. Road conditions are awful, a state of emergency declared for 7 counties, and a stay at home order in place- not that anyone is intent on going anywhere.

This is where our story picks up. We are roommates living in a house we rent together. We met during college and after graduating we moved in together along with a 3rd friend who eventually moved out to live on his own. Now, it's just us, 2 friends who haven't really ever been anything more than flirty before, but perhaps all we need is a blizzard and a week or two of isolation to push us further. We'll have all we need to survive for the two weeks in terms of food, water, and other supplies. We simply need to wait out the storm and keep ourselves preoccupied.

Hey! Lately I've been feeling the urge for a more wholesome and simple roleplay. Not looking for much in terms of kinky or deviant, just something to make us feel good and enjoy. I don't have a set character for this roleplay, likely it'll be something I make up on the spot more than anything. I try to keep things open in terms of character variety.
