First of all, my Idea is dark has evil parts but we can adjust it to your preferences and kinks. Its just an idea/fantasy to start a conversation and look for people that are also interested in darker roleplaying.

I watched a movie a few days before, named The Exam and that brought my fantasies up and running.

You don't see too much in that movie, it's about an exam in a strange surrounding, they are applying for a job others would kill for and they are ready to give everything for it.

As I hate to read a spoiler, I won't continue with the story and switch to my Idea:

The roleplay should take place around a very highly ranked job maybe for some secret agency or it is an "interview" with lots of stressing things to separate the harder from the softer ones.

Your character is taking this exam and all she knows is, that it will be mentally challenging and it is also in a way humiliating, degrading. Like the degrading you undergo when you apply for a butler school, but 10 times heavier. Only a few were invited, and the myths about what's happening there, are very creative. The tests will be humiliating, physically and psychologically demanding.

I would like to play the tests that she undergoes, many exams and qualifications. Or she could be very dependent on the boss or some instructor. I am talking about a dominant submissive relationship in which she is not attracted and submissive herself, but her strong wish to get this job or get ranked higher in that industry or secret agency keeps her from saying no to things she does not like.

Especially that combination of her not being submissive but having to be submissive is the thing I want to play out here.

The job requires a very strong mind, but it will be very challenging for her because she has to do lots of things she does not agree with or like. But that is the challenge she agrees to and so it is not really a non-con situation but more like a dub con I think.

It will be creative, she will get into some situations that seem real but this are only very real tests, but she never knows. And everybody tells her that this is no job for a women. But she refuses to accept it. And lots of misogyny assholes are challenged to make her quit that job.

It reminded me to another movie but I don't know the name of it. There are also some trainees for a governmental job and they have to withstand some kind of situation where others threatened to get information out. The situations are so real that the participants pee their pants in fear.

She knows as a participant, that she will be challenged and that it is part of her job to go through some kind of kidnapping training, trainings to withstand interrogation and questioning situations.

But the rumor says that its very hard to apply for it, some say ex-participant would really being hurt or had mental issues long after these tests.

Not really that many women had applied for it or are even invited after applying. But your character seems to be very well trained, very good educated and studied, so she feels confident in succeeding.

She is one of these very crazy motivated characters that do things all people say "you can't do this".

Hey I am 48 years old and from Germany, so I live in Europe (if the time zone matters to you) I am very flexible with my time so will be able to switch to take time for the game if you have some.

It is important for me to play in a concentrated immersive 1-2hours. I am totally NOT into that write multi paragraphs and wait for your a few hours thing. We can talk in that way over the day or in between. But the roleplay must be in a session in which we both can concentrate on each other.

I don't want to feel like I am a writer that co-authors with another writer via a google document :-)

I want to play roleplay.

Would be great if some of this gets your attention and we could create a roleplay together with such elements. Because my Idea is a bit confusing if I read it again. Maybe it inspires you to reach out for me.
